Who we are

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site. That includes your name, position, company details, contact details, and the commercial details of the enquiry you are making — commodity, specification, volume, destination, delivery and payment terms.

We do not ask for and do not want your bank account numbers, passwords, payment card details or identity documents at enquiry stage. Please do not send them.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, to identify supply or demand that matches it, and to carry out the counterparty checks that responsible trading requires. This is processing carried out in our legitimate interests as a commercial intermediary, and on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form.

Who we share it with

We share the commercial details of an enquiry with potential counterparties only to the extent needed to obtain a quotation or assess a match, and we do not circulate your enquiry to open broker lists. We may share information with inspection agencies, freight providers, banks and professional advisers where a transaction requires it, and with authorities where we are legally obliged to.

Form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form processing service. Your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including to Canada and the United Arab Emirates.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, customs and anti-money-laundering rules. Where we have no legal reason to retain your information and no live relationship, we delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation applies. If you are in the United Arab Emirates, the Personal Data Protection Law applies. In Canada, PIPEDA applies.
